IMG Stageline ICM-20H Two-Way Intercom System

The IMG Stageline ICM–20H is a Two-Way Intercom System, designed to provide a communication solution in situations where conversations are impaired by either perspex or glass screens. It’s ideal for use in retail environments such as reception desks, sales counters, banks and petrol stations.

The staff side unit comprises of a combination gooseneck microphone and speaker unit. The microphone is 300mm in length, it is removable and it features an electret cartridge with a cardioid polar pattern. The speaker is built in and has a volume control so the level can be easily adjusted.

There is also a 3.5mm jack connection for earphones which will automatically deactivate the speaker when in use. The staff unit does have a push to talk button, so the system is not contactless. There is a red LED which indicates that the power is on and that the mic is live. The customer side call station has a built in speaker and microphone, as well as a call button to alert staff to the customer’s presence.

There is also a 3m long connection cable that connects back to the staff side unit, and the system comes with mounting accessories to allow the attachment of the customer unit to a glass panel.
