The IMG StageLine ECM–304BD/WS is a white Dual Polar Boundary Microphone, ideal for desktop use. With the voltage supply coming from a 1.5V button cell (not included) it makes this unit an ideal replacement for the discontinued Audio Technica ATR4697.
The unit has a 4m long connection lead terminated in a 3.5mm mono jack and comes with a 6.3mm mono jack convertor. The key feature is the switchable polar patterns; you can choose between cardioid or omnidirectional patterns so the microphone can pick up a single user or multiple users as required.
