The Sennheiser Profile Wireless is a remarkable Single-Channel Microphone System, containing all the core components freelance creators and videographers require to capture pristine, crystal-clear audio. Including, a 2-channel 2.4 GHz receiver, 1 clip-on microphone transmitter, cold shoe mounting adaptor, USB-C and Lightning connector, threaded mounting sockets, and a carrying pouch.

If needed, you can easily transform your Profile Wireless 1 into a fully-functioning 2-channel Microphone System by adding an additional Profile Wireless clip-on microphone transmitter and charging bar.  Connections to cameras, laptops, and even mobile devices are also available Furthermore, with the Sennheiser Profile Wireless kit, you’re able to utilise 32-bit float recording capabilities to ensure high dynamic range, precision and recovery of clipped audio.

You also have the option to activate Backup Recording Mode on the clip-on mic, which will automatically turn on internal recording if the wireless signal becomes weak or drops out. If you’re in a hurry with limited time to verify levels, you can simply use the ‘Safety Channel’ mode on the receiver — this will output the audio at your selected sound level on the left channel and at a lower level on the right channel.
